2018 Eastside Business Awards Winners
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters congratulate the winners of the inaugural 2018 Eastside Business Awards.
The winners, who came from across ten categories including best restaurant, cafe and bar through to best food or beverage manufacturer and Hall of Fame, were announced last night at a special ceremony at the St Peters Town Hall.
More than 8,300 public votes helped decide a list of finalists, with the winners selected by a panel of judges from City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters and the Eastern Courier Messenger.
Mayor Robert Bria said the more than 132 nominees, the finalists and winners were a strong reflection of the great businesses in the district.
“Not only do these awards celebrate the numerous fantastic businesses in the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters, but it’s also an opportunity for the wider community to show their support for their favourite local traders.
“The awards have certainly demonstrated that this is a passionate community who get behind small and family owned businesses, and that’s a great thing.”
