2019 Community Survey - consultation closed
The 2019 Community Survey consultation closed
The Council is conducting its biennial Community Survey from Friday 10 May.
The Community Survey asks residents and businesses about their level of satisfaction with the Council and the services it provides and measures progress towards the Council’s long-term strategic plan: CityPlan 2030: Shaping Our Future
The survey will be conducted by Square Holes on behalf of the Council.
We’d really appreciate your participation should you be contacted by Square Holes to take part!
How are participants selected
Participants are selected at random. The survey will be conducted with residents at key locations or through door knocking. Businesses will be contacted by telephone.
Interviewers will survey 400 residents and 200 businesses within the City.
How do I know it’s genuine
Square Holes will present a letter from the Council, confirming authorisation from the Council to conduct the survey.
What happens to the feedback
We will compare the results of this year’s Community Survey with those of surveys done in previous years. This helps us to measure our progress towards the targets and objectives of CityPlan 2030: Shaping Our Future, and to see how far we’ve come since the last survey.
The information provided by respondents is confidential and no identifying details are collected.
