Introduction to meditation and relaxation course


Meditating and relaxing are great ways to help reduce stress, clear our minds and improve awareness.

As part of this short course, you’ll learn practical techniques so you can meditate and relax at home or work.


Dates: Tuesdays from 6 to 20 August 2019 (You must attend all of the sessions to complete the course)

Time: 10am–11am

Venue: Payneham Community Centre, 374 Payneham Rd, Payneham

Cost: $10 for three sessions.
