Consultation Report

The detailed reasons for the Proposal are outlined in the Revocation of Community Land Classification – Fifth Avenue Drainage Reserve, St Peters – Consultation Report. The Consultation Report has been drafted to enable the community to consider and comment on the proposal being presented by the Council.

Consultation dates

The Consultation Report will be out for public consultation from Wednesday 18 June 2014 until Friday 11 July 2014.

How to make a submission

Written submissions regarding the Consultation Report and/or the proposed revocation of the Community Land Classification of the 1.52 metre wide drainage reserve situated between 71 & 73 Fifth Avenue, St Peters, should be submitted no later than 5.00pm, Friday 11 July 2014.
