Compliance Officer - Planning Services
Role Description
• Full-time position
• Rostered day off per month
• Based on The Parade, Norwood
Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service, communications and analytical skills?
Joining our small, supportive and professional team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall good governance of the City in respect to planning, local nuisance and related discipline compliance.
Under the guidance of the Manager, Development Assessment, you will bring to this role your professional approach in undertaking investigations, follow up and enforcement action relating to development compliance.
At least twelve (12) months experience in Urban Planning and/or enforcing legislation within local government will be highly regarded.
