Role Description

If you are IT savvy, enthusiastic, dedicated to connecting local communities with ideas and information and possess great people and customer service skills, we would like to hear from you.
In this part time role, you will have the opportunity to work at the Norwood Library providing customer and information services, as well as assisting with general library operations.
Vital to your success will be your exceptional customer service skills including the ability to communicate with people of various backgrounds, and your previous experience working in a public library.
The position will work 31 hours per fortnight across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with alternate weekend shifts in accordance with the Library Staff Roster. The hours and days of work are fixed and are not negotiable.
