The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is seeking comments from The Parade Precinct business community on the:

  • proposal to continue the Separate Rate applied to The Parade Precinct commercial properties for 2026–2027 with $225,000 to be collected;
  • draft 2026–2027 The Parade Precinct Annual Business Plan.

Continuation of Separate Rate

The Council is proposing that the Separate Rate remain at $225,000 for the 2026–2027 financial year to assist with marketing, promotion and development of The Parade as one of South Australia's premier destination precincts.

Draft 2026–2027The Parade Precinct Annual Business Plan

The Draft 2026–2027 The Parade Norwood Annual Business Plan has been developed to generate retail and commercial activity to ensure the future sustainability and growth of the Precinct. The draft Plan includes marketing strategies to activate the area, promotional opportunities to stimulate visitation and encourage retail, services, leisure and dining patronage to the Precinct.
