Need a convenient way to borrow from the library? Our Click, Call and Collect service makes it easy to reserve and pick up items safely and efficiently—without needing to browse in person.

What is Click, Call and Collect?

Click, Call and Collect allows you to reserve library items online, by phone or via the free Libraries SA app, and collect them from a dedicated point at your chosen library branch.

Follow the steps below to Click, Call & Collect.

1. Reserve your items

You can reserve items from the Norwood Payneham & St Peters Libraries by:

• Visiting the online catalogue
• Using the Libraries SA app
• Calling one of our three libraries

Important: Please nominate your preferred library branch when placing your reservation.

2. Collect your items

You will receive a notification by text, email or letter when your items are ready for collection.

Items will be pre-packed and available at a dedicated collection point near the library entrance.

3. Return your items

Items must be returned through the return chutes at any of our three libraries.

After-hours returns are available at Payneham and St Peters Libraries only.
