Word is spreading and the Glynde Corner precinct is quickly gaining a reputation as ‘the food basket of Adelaide’s east’.
When you think of Glynde Corner, fresh pasta, gelati, boutique wine and liqueurs come to mind. It probably has something to do with the many food manufacturers tucked away in back streets, selling products directly to the public, cellar door style.
For years, locals have purchased products right off the production line, from where they were made and often from the person who made it. In more recent times, there has been an influx of visitors travelling far and wide to hand select their produce and enjoy the unique shopping experience of the Glynde Corner.
In the last few years, the precinct’s business mix has diversified and now offers cafes, boutique retailers, service providers and everything in between.
