Helping Children and Young People Manage Stress

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a free Emotion Coaching workshop run by Educational Psychologist and Secondary School Teacher Licette Gus. This 90 minute workshop will include the following ideas:
- How to support our children with stressful emotions such as anxiety, anger, and distress.
- Ways to communicate with our children that work with their nervous system and biology and help them to effectively manage stress.
- The 4 steps of Emotion Coaching as a practical, easy-to-use tool.
- Informative videos, stories, and activities to help develop your confidence in the Emotion Coaching style of communication.
Please note that this workshop is designed for adults only, and will not be suitable for children to attend.
