The results of the Council’s 2021 biennial Community Survey are now available

The Community Survey involved face-to-face interviews and online consultation with more than 800 residents and business operators in our City.

Participants were asked to rate their level of satisfaction on a scale of one to five on a range of Council services, programs and facilities, together with questions relating to overall quality of life.

Pleasingly, overall satisfaction for both the resident and business survey is at an all time high.

The Council would like to thank all residents and businesses that participated in the survey.
