THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORWOOD PAYNEHAM & ST PETERS
Notice given of a proposed declaration of public road under Section 210(1) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA).

The Corporation of the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters has given notice in the South Australian Government Gazette and on its website of a proposal to make a declaration under Section 210(1) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) to convert a private road within its Council area into a public road.

A copy of the notice is available for viewing on page 3431 of the South Australian Government Gazette dated 5 October 2023.
