The Payneham Community Centre is a versatile venue. Our rooms are competitively priced for meetings, workshops, activities and social functions.

The Centre is easily accessible, with public transport nearby and free parking available at the rear. We are also a wheelchair-accessible venue.

  • $42 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)
  • $168 day rate
  • $31.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)
  • $126 day rate
  • $ 21 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)
  • $84 day rate
  • $10.60 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)

Fee subsidies

Fee subsidies are available for local NPSP residents, NPSP businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.

Please note: proof of not-for-profit status is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Other charges

  • Security bond:  $473 (commercial / private functions)
  • Security charge:  $68.50 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) when alcohol is consumed on premises

After hours assistance: hirers will be charged a call out fee, unless the call out is due to a malfunction of Council equipment and infrastructure.

Bookings

To make a booking, you will need to complete the online Application for Venue Hire form. The terms and conditions are included at the end of the form. Click on the "Make a Booking" button below to start the form.
