Make a booking

The Payneham Library and Community Facilities, is suitable for seminars, meetings and celebrations.

Three rooms are available for hire, with flexible, removable walls that allow you to customise the space to suit your needs.

Venue features include upholstered chairs, flip-top tables on wheels, heating and cooling and parking.

The facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Please note: During construction at the Payneham Memorial Swimming Centre, parking is limited to 30 standard spaces and 2 disabled parking spots.

  • $168 per hour (minimum of 2 hours booking)

Fee subsidies

Fee subsidies are available for local NPSP residents, NPSP businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.

Please note: proof of not-for-profit status is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Other charges

  • Security bond: $473 (commercial / private functions)
  • Security charge: $68.50 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) when alcohol is consumed on premises

After hours assistance: hirers will be charged a call out fee, unless the call out is due to a malfunction of Council equipment and infrastructure.
