Small Business Fundamentals Program

The Small Business Fundamentals Program is designed for established business owners looking to take their business and their knowledge to the next level.

This three month Program will give eligible participants the knowledge and tools to plan and grow your business successfully. 

Participants will each receive six one hour sessions from a Business Mentor to discuss specific challenges and help develop their business capabilities and work out an implementation plan.

These sessions will be one to one session and predominantly be delivered on-line.

Mentoring one to one sessions (one hour duration each) will focus on learnings, challenges and implementation of each of the three individual Workshops and are as follows:

  • Introduction and Discovery:
    Business Modelling, Planning and Strategies for Growth (learnings and implementation) - 1 session/hour OR 2 sessions/hours.
  • Sales, Marketing and Digital Strategies (learnings and implementation) - 2 sessions/hours.
  • Financial Management (learnings and implementation) 1 session/hour.

Applicants for the Program are required to pay $200 plus GST before Program commencement. The Program is worth $3,000 and heavily subsidised by the State Government.

The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters encourage local businesses within the Council area to apply for this Program with an incentive of a split cost support.
