Alteration and Use of a Public Road / Footpath (hoarding, skip bins, overhanging signs etc)
An Authorisation will be required from the Council if you wish to make an alteration or install a structure on a public road / footpath.

Commercial Filming & Photography on Council Land Permit Form
This permit allows individuals or organisations to conduct commercial filming or photography on land managed by the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters, including parks, reserves, roads and footpaths, under specified conditions and timeframes.
When to apply:
Apply before filming or photographing on Council land if the activity is commercial, involves equipment setup, drones, or temporary road/footpath closures. An application is required to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and public liability requirements.
Please note: if you need to set-up fixed equipment, vehicles or other structures on the road or footpath, or you need to temporarily close a portion of the road or footpath, you must also submit an Authorisation to Alter and Use a Public Road / Footpath – Application Form
