Role Description

• Fixed term – three (3) year contract
• Full-time
• Based at Payneham Library

Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with exceptional reader guidance and customer service skills?

Join our small, supportive and friendly team and provide Library Outreach Services to deliver a range of flexible library services to the community, both in and out of the library environment.

You will bring to this revitalised role your personable approach in delivering Library Services to members of the community who access Library Services at home or in the broader community.

Public library experience is essential. Experience in the provision of home based and/or community based Library Outreach Services will be highly regarded.

Vital to your success will be your exceptional customer service skills, can do attitude, friendly and welcoming nature, and the ability to communicate with people of various backgrounds.
