Library Service Officer - Casual Pool
Role Description

$41.68 - $45.03 per hour (depending on skills and experience) + Superannuation
(as classified under the Municipal Salaried Officers Award)

If you are IT savvy, enthusiastic, dedicated to connecting local communities with ideas and information and who enjoys showcasing their exceptional communication skills when engaging with customers of various backgrounds, we would like to hear from you.
Join our supportive and friendly team and provide library services to our community across three (3) locations.
You will bring to this role your personable approach in working with the community, your ‘can do’ positive attitude and a desire to provide a memorable customer experience to members of our community.
Experience in working in a public library or community setting will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Vital to your success will be your passion to go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, patience and confidence in supporting the community with technology with the ability to troubleshoot coupled with the availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
