Salary of $72,000 - $79,000 + Statutory Superannuation
The Role
This exciting position plays a pivotal role connecting the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters to the community.
As the Service Officer, you are responsible for delivering professional and high-quality services and information to the Council’s Citizens. This involves responding to enquiries and requests, providing information on the Council’s many programs, services and facilities and, where possible, resolving Citizen’s concerns. This role also requires a high attention to detail and accuracy completing tasks such as processing payments.
