Role Description
- Based on The Parade, Norwood
- Rostered Day Off per Month

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our goal-oriented Corporate Finance Team as a Rates & Revenue Officer.
You will bring to this challenging role, your demonstrated experience in financial administration and customer service roles, along with your well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
For success in this role, you will have an eye for detail, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and be confident in managing multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring that all rates and charges are raised and collected accurately in a timely manner in accordance with the Local Government Act, 1999 and associated regulations and the Council’s policies.
- Ensuring that the integrity of the Council’s rates and property database is maintained.
- Maintaining the Council’s Electoral Roll.
