Role Description

Are you excited by a full time opportunity to deliver high quality horticultural and arboricultural services within some of Adelaide’s most popular leafy eastern suburbs?
In this hands-on role, you will lead and work within a multi-disciplined team of up to five (5) members primarily engaged in tree pruning activities.
Reporting to the Works Coordinator, Parks & Gardens, you will have proven skills and extensive experience in practical horticultural and arboricultural work, including all aspects of tree maintenance.
You will bring to this role your considerable experience in planning, programming and physically undertaking a wide variety of arboricultural and horticultural tasks necessary to ensure that the City’s parks, gardens, reserves, sports fields, streetscapes and street trees are maintained to an approved standard.
You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, take pride in your work and be a team player. A qualification in Horticulture, and/or Arboriculture, will be highly regarded.
