The Norwood Christmas Pageant is open to all groups, businesses, schools, bands and individuals.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Norwood Christmas Pageant and be part of the Council’s most iconic community event.
The Norwood Christmas Pageant encourages members of the local community to celebrate the spirit of Christmas and provides a wonderful opportunity for community groups, schools, businesses and individuals to participate in the festivities.
We hope you will join us and help to make the Norwood Christmas Pageant a Christmas sensation!
Borrow a Costume and be part of the Pageant
There are around 200 costumes for you to borrow - from clowns, fairies, gingerbread, princesses and much more.
Costumes are collected from and returned to the Norwood RSL Hall, 4 Woods Street, Norwood.
Simply come along to the below collection dates and our Volunteers will assist with selecting a costume for you (costumes for all ages and a range of sizes).

To secure your place in the Pageant line-up, please apply online by Friday 3 October 2025 - Applications are closed for 2025.
Confirmation of your participation will be sent via email by Friday 17 October 2025.

Before applying to participate in the Pageant, either as a community or commercial entrant, please download and read the Entry Criteria & Conditions
By applying online, you are agreeing to abide by the conditions set out in the Entry Criteria & Conditions.
Public Risk/Liability Insurance
For the duration of the event, you/your group must hold Public Risk/Liability Insurance for a minimum of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000.00) per claim.
You/your group must provide the Council with a copy of your Certificate of Currency and immediately notify the Council if the insurance policy either lapses or is cancelled.
