Quadrennial artworks
Every four years, the Council commissions new artworks as part of its Quadrennial Public Art Program, bringing ambitious contemporary works to the City and creating new opportunities for residents and visitors to engage with art in the public realm.
Rain on Osmond Terrace
The latest Quadrennial artwork, Rain on Osmond Terrace, Norwood adds a striking new presence to one of the City’s most prominent streetscapes.
Created by Wills Projects (Laura Wills and Will Cheesman) the artwork, invites people to experience Osmond Terrace from a different perspective, contributing to the visual character and vibrancy of the area while showcasing contemporary public art.
