Development Performance Indicators
Development Performance Indicators provide a snap shot of the number and type of development related services undertaken by the Council's Development Assessment Unit.
The Council makes this information available to the community in an easy to read format, which includes graphs and data tables.
About the Indicators
Many of the charts and figures in the Development Performance Indicators Report, include statistics from previous reporting periods to provide information on longer term trends and to enable comparison of reporting periods.
In addition to System Indicators, the Council collates statistics on a range of other key services, in the interest of monitoring the Council’s own performance and striving for continuous improvement and business excellence. These include:
- land division applications
- statistics relating to regulated trees
- complaints that have been received by the Council
- random development compliance inspections.
The Development Performance Indicators are updated quarterly.
