Change of Address or Name
Update your personal or business contact details for Council rates.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your name, address or contact details change.
For privacy and security reasons, all updates must be submitted in writing using the forms below. the Council cannot accept changes over the phone.
How to update your details
You can update your information by completing either of the following methods.
Please include:
- Your previous and new postal address, email address and/or phone number
- Your property assessment number
- The date the change takes effect
- Supporting documentation, if required
